Meet Carly

The wedding coordinator behind DaisyMae Events!

Carly is a force to be reckoned with when it comes to executing flawless events. She specializes in delivering an unforgettable and unique wedding experience that breaks away from traditional norms.

Carly knows how overwhelming wedding planning can be. She makes sure to approach every detail with a soothing and excited demeanor so that you can rest easy knowing that everything is taken care of with love and dedication.

Carly always knew she wanted to be a wedding planner. She received her degree from Coastal Carolina in Hospitality, Resort, & Tourism Management. After graduation, she moved back home to Vermont and started her dream job of wedding coordination at The Mountain Top Resort. During COVID, life took her down a different path, and has ended up working in Development at a local private high school.

What sets Carly apart is her ability to handle any situation that arises on your wedding day. Her background has prepared her to deal with various dynamics, details, and stressors, ensuring a smooth and memorable event for you.

Carly's dedication to events, her passion for helping others, and her commitment to building lasting friendships with her clients are the driving forces behind her work. She believes wholeheartedly in the magic she creates, making her an invaluable asset to any wedding planning journey.

The name DaisyMae comes from when Carly was a senior in college and was offered her dream job at Mountain Top as a Wedding Coordinator on her Grandma Daisy’s Birthday. Daisy was a light in everyone’s world who always enjoyed large gatherings and dancing! Any party, you name it. Carly wants to continue that excitement and bring that DaisyMae energy to you on your special day.

When not immersed in planning events, Carly enjoys exploring Vermont, playing softball, floating in Lake Bomoseen, and binge watching Law & Order SVU. She resides in Rutland, VT, with her boyfriend, Nick, and close family!
