I can't express enough how grateful we are for Carly and the incredible support she provided on our wedding day. We hired Carly to help with day-of coordination (and to be my brain & memory for all the things I was worried about forgetting!). Even though I only hired her for the day, Carly still went above and beyond to be more involved in the months leading up to the wedding. She checked in to make sure all vendors were booked, provided recommendations, and connected with me to go through everything I needed assistance with. She even went to our venue for a full tour so she was familiar with the grounds and how the staff there operated so they could all work cohesively. On the day of the wedding, Carly arrived early, bringing an air of calm and confidence that instantly put us at ease. She orchestrated everything seamlessly, from managing vendors to ensuring that every detail we had discussed was executed perfectly. It was evident that Carly truly cares about making each couple's vision come to life. One of the standout moments was when we were walking towards the first look together and I noticed my dad was outside of the hotel in plain sight (he wasn’t supposed to see me yet), Carly worked so quickly to shuffle me into a hidden area of the hotel under an awning until we could figure out how to navigate through without seeing me. We had a good laugh about it and it ended up working out perfectly. she took charge of every situation, ensuring that everything was not only back on track but even better than we had imagined! She even bustled my dress for me when we realized my mom (who was supposed to do it) forgot and ran down to the reception area early. Throughout the day, Carly was a true advocate for us, checking in regularly and making sure we were enjoying every moment. She handled everything with grace and professionalism, allowing us to focus on celebrating with our loved ones. Thanks to her incredible organizational skills and attention to detail, our wedding day was a flawless and unforgettable experience. Carly was amazing, without her our day would not have been possible. I don't even know where to begin but Carly is truly an amazing wedding coordinator. I coordinated weddings myself for 6 years so naturally my standards are high. From the moment I met Carly I knew that we were in sync. Her attention to detail is right on par with my own. She knew my questions before I even asked them. She had great ideas on how to decorate the space and make it the way I envisioned. She talked with the vendors that she needed to to make sure everybody was on the same page and things went smoothly the day of. I think one of the most important things to note though was I didn't feel like anything I asked was too much. She has an incredible way of making you feel comfortable and that you both are working as a team. I didn't feel like a client, I felt like a friend. The day of our wedding was flawless. Carly came to where we were getting ready and checked on me multiple times throughout the day to make sure I was doing ok. She ran the ceremony beautifully. My veil got stuck and she immediately jumped in to have me just hold it. Again, as the night progressed she checked on us multiple times. She gave me instructions on where to get everything the next day before she left and dropped cards off at our room so we didn't have to worry about them. For once I actually turned my coordinator brain off and just enjoyed myself. I trusted that she had it and she did. You cannot go wrong if you choose to hire Carly to help you on your wedding journey.

There are so many wonderful things to say about Carly! She is professional, attentive, friendly, patient and so wonderful at her profession. She was my wedding planner on my wedding day in December. She was so helpful and kept our entire itenerary to plan! Our wedding coordinator Carly Ward went above and beyond making everything absolutely perfect. When the girls bridal party van got stuck in the mud on the damp ceremony site, we didn't even know! No panicking at all. She had an escape plan in play already, and even told me she would have carried me out of the mud if she had to! This is just one example of how amazing Carly is.

Carly was a God send! Throughout the entire wedding planning process, she was extremely helpful with day-of suggestions and responsive whenever my husband and I reached out. During our wedding weekend everything was absolutely flawless and far surpassed our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we knew Carly had all the details managed – from the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner coordination to ensuring the timeline schedule and specific special touches and decorations were incorporated throughout the reception. Which was extremely impressive as we had 175 guests at our wedding! If I could give this place and Carly (our wedding coordinator) 10 stars I would. To say they are accommodating is an understatement. My husband and Thad to rethink our wedding due to COVID restrictions and decided on a very small intimate elopement with 25 people. From the moment I spoke with Carly she completely got my vision and was able to work with us, our budget, and COVID guidelines. We were married on site and had dinner in the restaurant. The food was amazing. The service was top notch and if we needed ANYTHING Carly was on it right away. Our guests raved about how safe they felt and how nice it was to enjoy a wedding with everything going on. From our room, to the wedding, to the food we had an amazing weekend we will never forget. Thank you Carly for being superwoman! She set up all our decor and it was out of this world!

Carly was the coordinator for our large (200+ guest) wedding and she was incredible! We planned a full weekend with a welcome party, reception, and morning after brunch. The entire weekend went off without a hitch and that is largely due to her efforts behind the scenes. Carly did a great job managing our vendors, being creative and giving advice and feedback as we navigated the crazy task of planning such a large event. Carly did an amazing job with our wedding! She made it very easy to just show up and not have to worry about a thing! She was very in tuned with the vision we had for our wedding and she made it better than I can imagine!
