Day of Coordination:

Are you feeling in control of the planning process but getting anxious about the day of the event? Don't worry, we completely understand, and we're here to make the day-of easier for you!

As we approach 4-6 weeks before the big day, we’ll connect and go over all the details together. We'll ensure that no aspect has been overlooked and create a comprehensive timeline.

When we reach the 2-week mark, we'll take care of confirming all your vendors and their arrival times, leaving no room for last-minute uncertainties. On the actual wedding day, we'll be there to bring everything together seamlessly. Our team will coordinate with the catering staff, warmly welcome all the vendors as they arrive, and even handle any necessary weather-related decisions.

Throughout the day, we'll keep a close eye on everything, regularly checking in with you to ensure all your needs are met. Our primary goal is to provide you with peace of mind, knowing that every single detail has been taken care of. So, while you relax and prepare for your special day, you can rest assured that we have everything under control.

With this bundle, includes one wedding consultation whether in person or via Zoom. Additional Consultations are $100 per hour

We’ll work together to set a clear guide for the remaining planning process, allowing you to step back and start enjoying the wedding preparation once again. With our assistance, you can regain control and confidently move forward, knowing that everything is in capable hands. Let's make the process smooth and stress-free for you!
